Reaching Goals With Klahanie Chiropractic.
I have worked as an office assistant and marketing lead for Klahanie Chiropractic, a local healthcare provider specializing in physical therapy, chiropractic care and massage for several years. After graduating last summer, I have begun leading marketing initiatives for our team.

I primarily develop social content using Canva and video-editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Splice. Utilizing SEO best practices and Meta paid advertising tools, I have wholly increased Klahanie’s online viewership and brought patients in.
I am the lead admin on the clinic’s Instagram and Facebook account and am currently editing content for a YouTube Channel and TikTok launch.

Each month, I develop and send out a monthly newsletter to Klahanie’s hundreds of patients. I also write strategic e-blasts to send to patients via text and e-mail.
In person and using the clinic’s CRM software Review Wave, I communicate daily with patients to get them scheduled, checked in and in contact with our doctors.

Other marketing initiatives I have accomplished here include: Giveaways to engage patients, a clinic brochure featuring our services and team members, and partnerships with local media outlets and businesses to promote Klahanie Chiropractic.

DESIGNS FOR HEALTH PARTNERSHIP
I assisted in building our clinic’s partnership with Designs for Health, a leading brand in the healthcare industry that specializes in nutritional supplements. We now act a brand ambassador for the globally-recognized company, offering our patients discounted promotions on these personal care products. Since developing this partnership, I have developed a strategic campaign to highlight our Doctors’ recommendations through advertisements and e-blasts.
